Changes to the service charge Direct Debit

For those residents that choose to pay your service charge via Direct Debit, you need to be aware of a small change to the details of this arrangement. No action is needed.

A formal notification has been published about this but just in case you haven’t received that yet, here are the details:

Direct Debit – Advance Notification

We are writing to inform you of a minor change to the Direct Debit for your estate Service Charge with Preim.

You do not need to take any action. This letter is for your information only.

All that will change is the payee on your bank statement will now appear in the name of our Group company, ‘Encore Estate Management Ltd‘. This will take effect from 1st March 2024.

You will also have a new Customer Reference number. On your bank statement you may see a comment advising you of a final payment under the old reference number and the first payment under the new reference, and that payments on/after 1st March 2024 have been collected by Encore Estate Management Ltd. Your bank may also notify you of this change.

Again, you do not need to do anything as your existing arrangements will remain in place.
