The plans for the latest phase of Kingsgrove, to be developed by Vistry Homes, under their Linden and Bovis brands, were submitted to the planning department on 1 February. There are 115 homes in total.
The application is for three separate parcels of land:
- Parcel A is between the Pavilion car park and Rutherford Road.
- Parcel B is south of Central Park (West), between Rutherford Road and the existing housing in Charlton Heights.
- Parcel C is west of Central Park (West).
