DESCRIPTION:Following on from the recently issued service charge invoices\,
  Preim have been in receipt of a number of enquiries from residents regard
 ing the budget and the management of the estate.\n\nAs a result\, they wil
 l be holding a residents meeting on Wednesday 22nd March\, which will take
  place at Wantage Primary Academy from 6.30pm.\n\nThe aim of the meeting w
 ill be to further expand on the information shared at the AGM last year\, 
 with a focus on Preim's involvement at your development\, how your service
  charge budget has been formulated and ultimately what your payments go to
 wards. It will also be an opportunity to meet your Customer Account Manage
 r.\n\nThey ask that you confirm your intention to attend by e-mailing help
 desk@preim.co.uk. If you have any questions or points you would like raise
 d at the meeting\, please also submit this to the helpdesk.\n\nIf you are
