  or concerns you may have about the areas that are managed by the Kingsgro
 ve Estate Management Company Limited (KEMCL).\n\nWhether you realise it or
  not\, it is highly likely that all residents of Kingsgrove will contribut
 e to KEMCL either directly through explicit service charge payments or ind
 irectly through your rent. These charges cover maintenance\, landscaping\,
  community services\, and more.\n\nThis is a great opportunity to engage d
 irectly with the managing agent and contribute to making our community an

 r Kingsgrove\, will be available on Thursday 27 June between 1pm and 7pm a
