There has been some discussion recently about financial provision for the maintenance of the open spaces around Kingsgrove, coming from one of the Section 106 planning agreements.

The matter may appear straightforward but, in reality, it is extremely technical and detailed.

As of the beginning of April 2023, St. Modwen are working on an explanation that can be shared with residents to help explain the levels of complexity.
