This will be an opportunity for Kingsgrove residents to hear from Tom Tracy (Preim’s Customer Account Manager for Kingsgrove), to discuss matters that relate to Kingsgrove and its management as well as to ask any questions that residents may have.
A representative from St. Modwen will be attending this meeting.

Attending the meeting remotely
Following feedback from residents, it will now be possible to attend the meeting remotely, via Microsoft Teams or a web browser.
Limitations of attending the meeting remotely
It must be realised that attending the meeting in person will be the best experience.
- The presenter will have a lapel microphone, i.e. not the microphone on the laptop.
- The presenter will share slides via the online meeting, as well as displaying for the audience in the room.
- Any interactions with those residents in the room will be repeated by the presenter, where feasible, so that remote attendees can follow the flow as much as possible.
- Remote participants will only be able to ask questions / make comments using the built-in Q&A feature. Someone in the room, also equipped with a microphone, will be monitoring the Q&A and will then be able to ask the questions on behalf of that resident. Remote participants will be muted for the whole meeting.
