There will be emergency utilities work taking place on Rutherford Road from tomorrow (Wednesday 18 February), with the works expected to last approximately 12 working days. The majority of the northern footpath will be closed during this period, and pedestrians will be diverted to the southern footpath.
Access to the Co‑Op will remain open at all times. All work areas will be fenced off, and diversion signage will be installed to guide pedestrians safely around the works. The section in front of the school is being prioritised while it’s half term to minimise disruption.
