Following on from the recently issued service charge invoices, Preim have been in receipt of a number of enquiries from residents regarding the budget and the management of the estate.
As a result, they will be holding a residents meeting on Wednesday 22nd March, which will take place at Wantage Primary Academy from 6.30pm.
The aim of the meeting will be to further expand on the information shared at the AGM last year, with a focus on Preim’s involvement at your development, how your service charge budget has been formulated and ultimately what your payments go towards. It will also be an opportunity to meet your Customer Account Manager.
They ask that you confirm your intention to attend by e-mailing helpdesk@preim.co.uk. If you have any questions or points you would like raised at the meeting, please also submit this to the helpdesk.
