Preim are hosting a “surgery” to address any questions or concerns you may have about the areas that are managed by the Kingsgrove Estate Management Company Limited (KEMCL).

Whether you realise it or not, it is highly likely that all residents of Kingsgrove will contribute to KEMCL either directly through explicit service charge payments or indirectly through your rent. These charges cover maintenance, landscaping, community services, and more.

This is a great opportunity to engage directly with the managing agent and contribute to making our community an even better place to live.

Details

Tom Tracy, Preim’s estate manager for Kingsgrove, will be available on Thursday 27 June between 1pm and 7pm at Kingsgrove Public Square, next to the Kingsgrove Cafe.

What you need to do

In order to try and make the most of Tom’s time on site, Preim have requested that if you are planning to attend you e-mail helpdesk@preim.co.uk, confirming your property address and a summary of what you would like to discuss. They will then allocate a 20 minute appointment. Please be aware that appointments will be issued on a first come, first served basis but Preim will do their best to accommodate anyone who attends.

If you are unable to make the session please still get in touch and Preim will be happy to arrange for somebody to speak to you at another time
