The latest local travel survey from Wantage and Grove Active Travel is now open and ready to be accessed. It is designed to help understand the local community’s views on the current state of infrastructure for walking, wheeling and cycling in the area, current preferences for transport use on local journeys and hopes for the future. There are a number of initiatives underway to enable more local active travel in preference to car use and this survey is intended to give a baseline from which to measure future improvements. This is supported by the local councils and it would be great if as many people as possible can respond to the survey so that the widest possible understanding of this important area is gained.
The survey should only take about 10 minutes to complete and views of new local residents are particularly sought.
