Preim are hosting a “surgery” to address any questions or concerns you may have about the areas that are managed by the Kingsgrove Estate Management Company Limited (KEMCL). Preim are the company that manages the estate on behalf of KEMCL.
It will take place on Thursday 27 June between 1pm and 7pm at Kingsgrove Public Square, next to the Kingsgrove Cafe.
Whether you realise it or not, it is highly likely that all residents of Kingsgrove will contribute to KEMCL either directly through explicit service charge payments or indirectly through your rent. These charges cover maintenance, landscaping, community services, and more.
This is a great opportunity to engage directly with the managing agent and contribute to making our community an even better place to live.
