Is anyone interested in renting the one remaining space in the new Local Centre?
The developers behind the construction of the Local Centre, LSP, are looking for a business that could really benefit the local community by being in walking distance, perhaps a hair or beauty salon, a florist, or indoor fitness space – the unit has planning permission for Class E/sui generis – Commercial, Business and Service, so it can be very flexible.
They are not looking for hot food providers or a café, as one of each is currently going through the legal process to occupy the other two spaces – the business owners will be announced once finalised.
All the units should be open in Spring 2025.
